November 3, 1985. Most of New York City has been devastated. Many are blaming Dr. Manhattan for the destruction, because he hides away on Mars. According to reports, the late Rorschach has left behind a journal telling the truth behind this devastation. In fact Ozymandias’ is behind the killings, Rorschach’s journal claims that Ozymandias had created a scheme to destroy millions of people in order to save billions for the “greater good”. Rorschach and Nite Owl’s attempts to stop Ozymandias was in vain when they found out they were too late.
3 Million were killed instantly due to Ozymandias’ teleported “alien”. Rorschach has been reported dead and the rest of the Watchmen have again gone into hiding. Only time will tell if this moment of peace will be short lived.
